Operator and product terms
TKApps is operated by TeamKickstart, LLC, doing business as tkapps.io, in Draper, Utah, USA. Product-specific license, trial, platform, and usage terms apply alongside these website terms when disclosed.
Free, annual, and lifetime access
Free access does not require payment and may have feature and device limits. Annual access lasts for the stated paid term. Lifetime access is a one-time payment for continuing access at the purchased license level or better, including major future versions, subject to these terms and continued lawful use. “Lifetime” is not a recurring subscription.
Support and updates
The original buyer and an approved transferee receive ongoing bug-report, feature-request, login, billing, and product-update support. AI-powered features are never represented as unlimited; they may require the customer's own provider key, separate usage billing, or both.
License transfers
A customer may transfer ownership of an individual product license without transferring the entire TKApps account. An unsupported transfer may be completed without a TKApps support entitlement for the recipient. An approved supported transfer costs $10 plus 10% of the original TKApps purchase price and gives the approved recipient the included support and updates.
Team use
Pro Team access is intended for members of one verified company domain, with standard direct enrollment up to 100 users. Exceptions require documentation and review. Fraudulent or misleading claims may result in suspension or cancellation, subject to applicable law and a fair review process.
Credits and legally required refunds
The intended voluntary policy is TKApps account credit requested within 30 days of purchase rather than an ordinary cash refund. This does not limit refunds or remedies required by the checkout provider, card-network rules, or mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
The intended governing law and forum are those applicable to TeamKickstart, LLC in Utah, USA, except where mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable laws apply.
