How this page fits with TKApps privacy
This page applies to Supersana. It supplements the shared TKApps privacy policy, which covers TKApps accounts, purchases, licensing, support, website hosting, and shared service providers.
What Supersana does
Supersana adds practical controls, navigation, bulk actions, and workflow enhancements for Asana users.
Information users provide
Supersana may receive information users choose to submit, such as name, email address, support messages, signup or purchase details, and enterprise inquiries. Website form submissions may also include page URL, submission time, IP address, and browser or user-agent information for delivery, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and reliable records.
Asana connection
Supersana connects to Asana when a user authorizes it. The product may access the Asana information needed to provide enabled features and perform actions the user requests. The user's use of Asana remains subject to Asana's own terms and privacy practices.
Product operation
Supersana uses information to provide and support product features, process requested actions, manage access and licensing, respond to messages, maintain security, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
AI-powered features
If an AI-powered Supersana feature is enabled, it may process the user's prompt and relevant context through the selected AI provider. Users should not submit passwords, access tokens, payment details, confidential client information, or other sensitive data to AI features. AI features may be bring-your-own-key, usage-billed, or both.
Service providers
Supersana may use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, payment processing, authentication, product operations, and support. TKApps does not sell personal information.
TKApps account and licensing data
TKApps may process account identity, purchase records, entitlements, license status, activated-device records stored with privacy-preserving identifiers, billing references from the merchant of record, and support correspondence when those shared services are active. TKApps does not store full payment-card numbers.
Third-party services
TKApps may use service providers for hosting, authentication, transactional email, payment processing, databases, product operations, browser or app store distribution, support resources, and embedded product media. Product-specific integrations such as Asana, Chrome Web Store, Apple App Store, YouTube, or HelpHub apply only when a product uses or links to those services.
Your choices and retention
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or account help where applicable. Some purchase, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained. Product-specific local data can usually be cleared from the product, browser, device, or connected service that stores it.
Questions and requests
Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@tkapps.io. Product support questions can be sent to support@tkapps.io.
