How this page fits with TKApps privacy
This page applies to EasyTasker. It supplements the shared TKApps privacy policy, which covers TKApps accounts, purchases, licensing, support, website hosting, and shared service providers.
What EasyTasker does
EasyTasker connects supported browser and productivity surfaces to Asana so users can create, organize, and manage Asana work from the context they are already using.
Information users provide
EasyTasker may receive information a user enters or selects while creating or updating Asana tasks, including task names, notes, selected text, URLs, screenshots or attachments the user chooses, assignees, projects, sections, due dates, collaborators, and custom-field values.
Asana connection
EasyTasker requires an Asana account for Asana-related features. When a user authorizes EasyTasker, the product may access the Asana information needed to provide enabled features and perform actions the user requests. The user's use of Asana remains subject to Asana's own terms and privacy practices.
Browser and source context
Browser-extension features may use the current page, selected text, page URL, title, supported email or social content, YouTube/video context, screenshots, or attachments only as needed to build the task or workflow the user requests.
How information is used
Information is used to provide EasyTasker features, process requested Asana actions, maintain product access, respond to support requests, diagnose problems, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.
Payments, accounts, and providers
EasyTasker may use TKApps account, licensing, support, checkout, hosting, email, and database providers as those services become active. Payment-card details are handled by the approved checkout provider and are not stored by TKApps.
TKApps account and licensing data
TKApps may process account identity, purchase records, entitlements, license status, activated-device records stored with privacy-preserving identifiers, billing references from the merchant of record, and support correspondence when those shared services are active. TKApps does not store full payment-card numbers.
Third-party services
TKApps may use service providers for hosting, authentication, transactional email, payment processing, databases, product operations, browser or app store distribution, support resources, and embedded product media. Product-specific integrations such as Asana, Chrome Web Store, Apple App Store, YouTube, or HelpHub apply only when a product uses or links to those services.
Your choices and retention
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or account help where applicable. Some purchase, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained. Product-specific local data can usually be cleared from the product, browser, device, or connected service that stores it.
